What time is check-in?
You can check in from 15h00 pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out must be completed by 12 noon.
Is it possible to check in early?
Yes, check-in is available anytime after 15h00 pm. If rooms are available upon your arrival, you may check in early. Otherwise, we can store your luggage free of charge.
However, if you wish to guarantee your check-in before 15h00 pm, we recommend booking the previous night.
What are the reception hours at MACAM Hotel?
Our reception is available 24 hours a day, every day.
Is there Wi-Fi at MACAM Hotel?
Yes, all areas of MACAM Hotel have free Wi-Fi.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the MACAM Hotel complex, except for certified service animals.
Is breakfast available?
Yes, served from 7h00 am to 11h00 am at the Contemporâneo Food & Wine Restaurant. Breakfast with Portuguese products, continental selection and selection of hot dishes at your disposal.
Are there other food and beverage services?
MACAM Hotel offers a variety of options to our guests: from light meals at MACAM Café to the creative, seasonal cuisine at Restaurante Contemporâneo Food & Wine, snacks and cocktails at the Rooftop Pool Bar, and unique evenings at àCapela Live Arts & Bar — you will find a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.
Who can use the Rooftop Pool Bar?
This space is for the exclusive use of MACAM Hotel guests.
Does MACAM Hotel offer parking?
Yes, we offer public parking inside the building at a cost of €18/day for our guests.
Is there a gym at MACAM Hotel?
Yes, our guests can use the gym 24 hours a day, every day.
Is laundry service available at MACAM Hotel?
We offer laundry service for guests. For more information, please consult our service directory or speak directly to our reception.
